An incredibly smooth grape-based gin: juniper, coriander, lemon peel from our own farm, cinnamon, star anise, cloves, lavender and saffron, an explosion of natural flavour at first sip.
What to expect
A strong juniper–coriander note that gives way to warm, earthy herbs; traces of cloves and fine spices, with lemon from our own farm lifting the finish.
How it's made
Five-times-distilled grape base from matured wines, soft and pure, then distilled with hand-measured botanicals in our custom 200L gin still.
