What "Blomendahl" on the bottle means
The Blomendahl range is our own signature line, distilled from scratch. We start with wine from our own grapes, distil it in copper, and blend with water from our own mountain spring.
Every bottle carries our symbol, the feather. It comes from our very first wine cellar in South Africa, and it stands for the way we work: light-handed, patient, and painstaking, the care to get a thousand small details right, from hand-picked botanicals and real fruit to the slow copper runs that give our spirits their smoothness.

Blomendahl Gin
An incredibly smooth grape-based gin: juniper, coriander, lemon peel from our own farm, cinnamon, star anise, cloves, lavender and saffron, an explosion of natural flavour at first sip.
Blomendahl Vodka
A refreshing, pure five-times-distilled vodka handcrafted in the cool Elgin Valley with our mountain spring water, among the best in the world.
Blomendahl Apple Liqueur
An award-winning apple liqueur, fresh, fruity and semi-sweet, premium Elgin apples, the finest grape base and our fresh spring water.
Blomendahl Limoncello
Classic limoncello made with hand-picked lemons from our own farm.
Blomendahl Single Malt Whisky
Our very first single malt: a triple single malt aged over 3 years in small 50L barrels, with sweet vanilla and delicate caramel over a malty core. The debut release sold out; the next release is available on a pre-order basis (date to be confirmed).
Blomendahl Collector's Edition Whisky
A wonderfully smooth Collector's Edition whisky, matured for 7 years in American oak in the cool Elgin Valley and married with our mountain spring water. Only a handful of barrels exist.

A premium white rum with subtle oak, vanilla and caramel from years in oak before redistillation.
