Made with Blomendahl Apple Liqueur
Apple Cinnamon Sour
Ingredients
- 50ml Blomendahl Apple Liqueur
- 20ml aquafaba (or 1 egg white)
- 15ml fresh lemon juice
- ⅓ tsp ground cinnamon
- Ice
Method
Add everything to a shaker with ice and shake hard (no dry shake needed). Strain into a chilled coupe and dust a line of cinnamon across the foam.
