Strawberry Schwede
Ingredients
- 40ml Alter Schwede
- 3 fresh strawberries
- 20ml lemon juice
- 10ml sugar syrup
- Soda
Method
Muddle the strawberries, shake with the rest, strain over crushed ice and top with soda.
